Users should read our detailed user manual, which explains how the system works, what it does, and how to control it. Users should also read our End-User License Agreement (EULA).
We have prepared a privacy statement that attempts to explain when, if, and what data is collected by our system and how the end-user can control and delete this data. We are very keen to ensure users are fully informed and knowingly consent to any data collection. The documentation provided in the links from this page allows users to understand and control their data.
Our EULA allows developers to experiment with the system and to develop their own products and services. The developer manual explains how to do this. End users are more than welcome to read the developer guide as well!
Use of our software under the EULA is limited to individual, non-profit purposes (the EULA describes these limitations). Use of our software by organisations, or for any purpose that generates or contributes to revenue, requires a Commercial license. If you develop a website that makes use of our software on an end user’s computer, you need to obtain a commercial license. Contact us to obtain commercial licenses. We want to build an ecosystem around our technology, so commercial licenses will not be prohibitively priced and we will be sympathetic to startups on a budget!
We have published a whitepaper giving details of the accuracy and other performance characteristics of our system. This data is intended to quantify the results developers can expect and provide confidence that our technology generalizes across the world’s population. As more data becomes available, it will be added to this page. We are committed to supporting developers by providing transparency over technology capabilities.
